Yoga Therapy

Yoga has been originated 5000 years ago in ancient India explaining physical, mental and spiritual practices. There are many types of yoga such as hatha yoga, Raja yoga, Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Jnana yoga, Tantra yoga among them most well-known yoga is Hatha yoga and Raja yoga. Yoga psychotherapy is the best CAM Therapy used among Yoga Therapy. The yoga focuses on the exercises, strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental health.  From the 1st half of the 1st millennium CE, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali have gained its prominence only in the West in the 20th century. Hatha yoga has emerged around the 11th century in Tantra. The 2007 National Health Interview Survey found that yoga is one of the top 10 complementary and integrative health approaches used among U.S. adults.
